JASON HOGAN, A MAN ON THE MISSION....
Georgia just may be
considered the hub of straight rail late model racing in the Southeast
and Cleveland, Georgia driver Jason Hogan has to be considered one of
the best.
Since being crowned rookie of the
year in NASCAR’s now defunct All-Pro series in 2002 Jason has been
considered a threat each and every track he’s at. At the time of the
series demise in ’06 Hogan had compiled three series wins and
twenty-four top five finishes. Solid and consistent finishes like these
caught the eye of Roush/Fenway Racing officials in 2004 hand picking the
up and coming driver to compete in the team’s reality show competition
aired nationally on the Discovery Channel named “The Gong Show”.
From that time Jason has won some of the most prestige short track
events including the ’05 All American 400 (Nashville Fairgrounds
Speedway), ’05 Rattler 250 (South Alabama Speedway), as well as three
consecutive ASA Southeast Asphalt series wins in a row in 2008. |
